September is well on its way so that means another month is over and it’s time once again for another monthly favourites post!
I don’t have a massive amount of products to share with you all this month as I really haven’t fallen in love with that many beauty products, but the ones I’ve decided to include are absolute loves of mine!
One of my ultimate favourites from the video are the VITL vitamins that I started taking just over a month ago. The pack contains the complete supplements we need daily and caters for energy release, heart health and immune health.

I get sick really easily so keeping on top of my health with the help of vitamin supplements is something that really appeals to me. As I mention in the video, the vitamins do taste and smell pretty potent, so if you do decide to try them out yourself, make sure to eat something substantial to take them with. I found that eating a little natural yogurt afterwards helps to take the strong taste away throughout the day.
