Charlotte Tilbury Stars in Your Eyes Palette review

As soon as I heard word that Charlotte Tilbury would be dropping another new limited edition palette, I knew I had to have it. Charlotte is the Queen of emotive marketing, and she absolutely nails it every time with her branding. There’s something so luxurious and decadent about the whole brand that it’s just irresistible – especially to me!

The gorgeous Stars in Your Eyes Palette retails at £60 and includes eyeshadows to create four different looks:
Love
Happy
Power
Confident

Described as magical, mood-enhancing looks, the palette offers a little something for the transition from daytime to evening with ease.

The Love Look is made from three rose quartz-inspired shades incorporating soft pinks which are made to reflect the stone which symbolises love. Charlotte says the shades are perfect for date nights and weddings and I have to agree, they are pretty, feminine and remind me of that angelic ballerina look that just oozes soft beauty.

The Happy Look has three sun-lit amber shades which to me are perfect for soft autumn eyes.

The Power Look contains three beautifully rich golden shades for glimmering, gilded eyes.

The Confidence Look has three topaz-ruby inspired shades that symbolise fire, heat and purity to empower and enhance the eyes.

Firstly, the packaging of the palette is stunning. From the ultra sparkly box that the palette comes within to the deep ruby sparkles of the palette’s hard-casing. The palette screams luxury and glamour.

The eyeshadows themselves have the most beautiful texture. The palette feels different to me than the previous Pillow Talk Palette – they feel buttery, soft and decadently rich. The majority of the shades are extremely pigmented, and the molten shades feel like liquid lava upon swatching – the formulas certainly feel like they have been even more improved since the last launch.

I’m so excited to try this palette out on my eyes (look out on Instagram for the photographs of how I use it) and just know that this is going to be a well-loved addition to my makeup collection.

The palette would make the most beautiful gift and gives the wearer the option to mix and match so many shades for so many different looks. The perfect palette for desk to dancefloor transformations.
