Taking time for self-care during lockdown
The last two weeks have felt especially exhausting for me. After becoming suddenly unwell with a sore throat and flu-like symptoms (my COVID test came back negative, thank goodness!), I’ve been finding it harder and harder to balance working from home along with sorting out my life admin and trying to take some time out for relaxation and fun.
