Makeup Crush Monday: Desi Perkins

YouTube star and former freelance makeup artist, Desi Perkins, is an absolute goddess of makeup, fashion, hair and just life in general. I’ve followed her YouTube channel for a long time and I’ve absolutely loved seeing her makeup and filming style develop into something absolutely amazing. I used to think her makeup tutorials were perfection some time ago, but her new content just blows me away even more.

She’s an absolute master of the cut crease and shading and creates some of the most beautifully striking Halloween makeup looks that I’ve ever seen – her Bride of Frankenstein tutorial was seriously everything. Just look at that cut crease!

When it’s not Halloween, she features lots of beautiful smokey eye tutorials along with celebrity ‘get the look’ videos over on her channel, Desiree Perkins Makeup, that you can check out here. My current favourite tutorial is her Vampy Cat Eye Makeup Look that you can watch below!
