Want to get a free lipstick from MAC? Did you realise that you can return six empty product containers to MAC and receive a lipstick of your choice completely for free? I mentioned it over on my Facebok page the other day and I couldn’t believe how many people didn’t know about this awesome swap scheme so I thought I’d write a quick post to let you all know! It’s a great incentive to recycle your old packaging back to MAC to help the environment and get a gorgeous, shiny new lipstick all in one. What’s not to love?

Here’s the rules

1. You must have six product containers
2. The containers must be the primary packaging, so for example the bottle of foundation or the full powder compact rather than the box it comes in
3. You’ll need to return your containers to either a MAC counter or MAC Cosmetics online
4. Choose a lipstick you’d like to swap them for
5. Ta-da! That’s it!

So, if you have six empties lying around your home, give it a whirl! I swapped my most recent six for the lipstick above which is the extremely popular Velvet Teddy in a matte finish. Gorgeous! For more information, please click here.
