With all the media hype about creepy clowns appearing in our towns and cities, I got inspired to create a new creepy clown Halloween makeup look! Having previously made a creepy clown last year using prosthetic pieces, I decided to turn my hand to pure body paints this year and see what I could come up with.
Here’s my clown creation! I wanted my look to extend further down than just the face, so I painted on the neck piece and added shadow detail to make it look a little more realistic. The only paints I used for this look were the Snazaroo Classic Colours paints and a few Urban Decay eyeshadows for the shading details.
There’s just something about clowns that I find extremely unnerving, and teaming the look with a huge curly wig, Halloween balloon and creepy grin was just enough to put the icing on the cake!
