A wise woman once said “a package a day keeps the sadness away“, and let me tell you, she wasn’t wrong. The July lookfantastic beauty box was like a little drop of sunshine at my door. I couldn’t wait to open it and see what beauty treats we’d been bestowed with this month.
I don’t know about you, but there’s just something about getting a beautifully packaged ‘present’ through the post each month. I’m always asked which beauty box I’d recommend, and my first choice every single time is the lookfantastic beauty box. The reason? Sure, some sizes are sample (luxury sample size, I might add), but my products do tend to last me very well so I have no complaints.
I always try to pick out my hero product of the box each month, and this time, it’s got to be the NUXE Insta-Masque Exfoliating mask. Combining the benefits of rose floral water with macadamia oil and a natural-origin fine exfoliating powder, this pretty, pink mask really packs a punch. It’s not the scratchy kind of mask that us 90’s kids are probably still healing micro-tears from (I’m looking at you, St Ives), but more like a polishing formula held in a thick gel that turns oily and super-emollient when wet. It’s just a luxe experience all-round and it smells pretty divine too. If you’ve got this, you’re in for a treat.
