Little Red Riding Hood Halloween Makeup

All poor Little Red wanted to do,
Was visit dear granny who was suffering the flu.

Her red riding hood flowed behind her as she skipped,
Little did she know, she was awfully un-equipped.

For her basket contained cakes and mum’s spaghetti,
Red would have been better off with her dad’s machete.

The big bad wolf heard her coming with glee,
This fine little morsel would do for dinner and tea.

Little Red skipped along, completely unaware,
By the time she saw him, she could do nothing but stare.

The wolf came towards her, Little Red shrieked in fright,
“Oh, Mr Wolf! Let me go! Please do not bite!”

But this big bad wolf didn’t want to use his jaws,
Instead, he used his freshly sharpened claws.

Across her face and her chest did he rip with ease,
And through her veins ran the deadly disease.

She stumbled and screamed before running away,
But Mr Wolf wasn’t worried, he knew he’d had his day.

Later that night, a bright full moon began to rise,
And a horrified Little Red howled into the skies.

So beware if you venture deep into the wood,
Especially if you catch sight of a little red hood…
