Rachael Divers Makeup Artistry Shortlisted for Bridebook Wedding Awards 2017

A little while ago, I announced that I had been nominated for the Best Wedding Beauty Supplier of the Year in the Bridebook.co.uk Wedding Awards.

In case you didn’t know, Bridebook.co.uk is a digital wedding planning platform that is home to wedding professionals and over 20,000 couples looking to plan their big day. It also hosts expert contributors such as celebrity makeup artist Bobbi Brown and skincare expert Liz Earle. It’s a really innovative way for couples to plan their wedding day right down from their budget to their table favours.

To be in with the chance of being shortlisted, I had to gain votes from my past clients and friends. I was so thrilled to see that so many of my wonderful past clients, friends, family and even my social media followers were not only voting for me, but spreading the word and asking their friends to vote too!

I’m so excited to announce that I have been shortlisted out of 70,000 suppliers for the Bridebook Wedding Awards in the category of Best Wedding Beauty Supplier and it’s all thanks to you beautiful people!

My profile will now be judged by the Bridebook.co.uk Wedding experts and I will find out whether I have managed to win or gain a highly commended title on the 1st March. The winner will receive national press coverage, a ticket to the Bridebook.co.uk Summer Party at the absolutely stunning Hedsor House and will also attend an exclusive winner’s event.

I cannot tell you just how thrilled and happy I am to have been shortlisted along with some of the most wonderful fellow makeup artists that I admire the work of; Lauren Wheeler, Lucy Jayne and Elle Hitchens to name a few. It’s an honour to share the shortlist space with such dedicated, passionate artists and I wish all of you the very best of luck.

Thank you so much to everybody that voted for me and to Bridebook for the amazing opportunity. I have never been shortlisted or won a competition before and it’s such a big deal to me to have made it to the next round. It wouldn’t have been possible without your votes so thank you again. I am truly grateful.
